How to Choose a Carpet Cleaner...... Choice of the proper cleaning process is important. Some methods can leave behind chemical residues, which would promote rapid resoiling, and this of course, would defeat the whole purpose for cleaning. So which method is best? .....to read more click here

HOW WE CHARGE

• There are no pricing gimmicks, no high-pressure up sales and no hidden charges.

• We come out and give you a free exact quote on a Written Carpet Cleaning Work Order.

• We charge by the square foot for carpet, area rugs, natural stone, ceramic tile and grout cleaning. Each room you would like cleaned, is measured and itemized on the Work Order. Pieces of furniture that we are not moving, are measured as well and the square footage where these items sit are then deducted from the total. That way, you only get charged for what is being cleaned. Everything is written on the quote so you know exactly how we came up with the final price.

• Carpet protectant is charged by the square foot as well. Many of our customers have this applied over all areas after the cleaning has been done, while others only have certain rooms protected. Almost all carpeting today has a protectant (Scotchguard or DuPont Teflon) applied to them from the manufacturer. But over time, foot traffic, other carpet cleanings, and normal wear, can slowly remove a good portion of the protectant off the carpet. That’s why it is highly recommended that we reapply a protectant after the cleaning is done.

• Upholstery cleaning cost can vary depending on the piece. Sofas and loveseats are charged by the linear foot. For instance, a 7ft. sofa would be 7 x current price/ft.

• Stairs are a flat fee for each standard flight. Extra long or extra wide stairs can be a little more.

• Certain difficult stain removals such as pet contamination, food dye stains (i.e. Kool-Aid), coffee, red wine, ink and certain cosmetics, can be an extra cost depending upon how extensive they are. The cost of which will be written on the quote.

• As with most companies, we do have a minimum service charge for work performed.
