Q. How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
A. Dry times can vary depending on how soiled it was before cleaning, the style of the carpet, what material it's made of the weather outside, and how much airflow and ventilation is moving across the carpet after the cleaning. But we make sure that the carpet is brought back to normal use within 24 hours, which is the industry standard.
Q. Is it okay to walk on the carpet right after its cleaned?
A. Yes, but while damp carpet is at its most vulnerable condition right after cleaning, shoe covers are provided for each family member for foot traffic during the drying period.
Q. What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
A. We use the "hot water extraction method" (often referred to as "steam cleaning") which is the method recommended by most carpet manufactures as the best way to deep clean the carpet.
Q. Are the chemicals you use safe?
A. Yes, we use only safe hypoallergenic biodegradable cleaning and rinsing agents in our process for the safety of you, your children and pets. Even our carpet protectant has a "Green" label.
Q. Do you move furniture?
A. We move some pieces, but not all. Big heavy items like beds, dressers, entertainment centers, armories, etc. are not moved, but the areas these pieces sit on are deducted from the square footage, that way you're only getting charge for whats being cleaned.
